Can you escalate it beyond the District Manager?

Are you in a state that allows one-party audio recording?

I do see a lot of unfairness here towards you, but your employer isn't going to address it at this point unless you escalate the situation, either by suing or by complaining to corporate HR / the DM's supervisor. At this point, CVS is playing CYA.

Yea, you are definitely being harassed at work and being treated unfairly (it seems as if later on things picked up, as you got a raise and a promotion) a few things though

a) for security reasons you may want to change names from the real people

b) just because you work with women does not make sexism the root of the problem, you may have just ended up as the scapegoat

I worked in retail as a manager for a long time - I read your post and this is what I see;

you're lazy and think you know better than the manager on duty
you don't take criticism well
you misunderstand your job - which isn't to do what you think is best but what the manager thinks is best. If you don't like it, don't work retail. Edit: as a retail manager I also know that compiling paperwork on someone for a long time so that when i fire them they don't get unemployment is top priority..to do the paper work to get someone fired you've got to have real incidents or they can challenge it, so if you're about to get fired...i'm going to go ahead and make an educated guess that they've got lots of paperwork on you.

you're not being discriminated against - you're probably a terrible fucking worker and they can't wait to get rid of you. FYI - I sent your co-worker a message on facebook that linked this post :D
