Its a difficult situation, while I myself don't advocate exclusionary groups, they are helping people, its just disproportionately female. You didn't mention if you are being paid(though I guess drafted in this case would be) or it is voluntary. Also is this NPO privately funded or government funded.

If you are doing this voluntarily you could still calculate the time and ask them to make a donation to a Dyslexia organization in your area. Since although dyslexia is not exclusionary, it predominately affects boys.

If it is paid work, and the organization is government backed, you could ask them to match the payment and give it to another governmental organization supporting dyslexia. Since the coffers wont mind that its just going to another branch.

I personally feel that the huge amount of such organizations in general, especially ones like Micro-loans for Women in developing nations. The rational is that men would drink the money. Is reinforcing social ills in men, instead of putting it towards better education across the board.

whats the cause? if its something that is normally with girls, or a genuine cause by all means go ahead and do it

yes girls and women get way to much coverage compared to men and boys but that doesnt mean we should stop caring about them

Why would you do volunteer work for a political organization you don't agree with? Unless you are, yourself, an apologist for female supremacy, providing free work seems insensible and bizarre.

I think you should back out of it unless they are willing to pay for it, in which case do a job that matches the payment. Volunteering would make sense if it was a cause you personally believed in.

That or figure out a way to make the logo really raise broader questions.
