In the past three years there have been three black men that I have wanted to hire (college graduates, with good grades, obviously smart men), moved to hire, had them accept the position and every one of them was "released" by HR due to past criminal records... WTF! This is America! The man is black! They system is rigged against black men! Give the man a fucking break!

Social services in the US are set up to help children and women, in that order. Black men aren't any less helped than white men by the government, it's just that there are more of them that need help (per capita).

They are the most disadvantaged, not because they are the least helped by government services, but because their mothers are the most helped by government services.

The biggest "winners" as a result of affirmative action have been affluent white women.
