Wow. I had no idea that sex was a "human right". Let's see:

Freedom of speech
Freedom of the press
Sex

I believe that there are sex therapists in some countries who provide sexual experiences to people who have been unable to ever have them due to physical disability. IMO, this was probably a bit cheaper than hiring one such therapist.

I'm cool with this. I wouldn't call sex a "human right", but it's certainly something people should get to enjoy. I wouldn't call happiness a "human right" either, but it's certainly a good thing the social worker should look out for. Using a prostitute ensures that no one is unduly taking advantage of the guy.
