You know, you are right, there should be quotas for women in top-management positions!

While we are at it can we also have quotas for women to be homeless? Oh, and can we also get one for death-on-the-job? I think since we need to mandate quotas and such perhaps we can both ways... at the top and the bottom...

Can we also mandate that women should die seven years earlier so that men and women are the same....?

Lets just go on merit and who wins: wins...

I think this is more about women who want to be top bosses not being able to do it, because wall street is such an old boys' club
