If it weren't staged, this dude would be a bitch anyhow. Sure, he does have a right not to be touched, but jeez, give your trainer some leeway. They're trying to improve your ability to compete. If you truly were that way, you wouldn't being MMA in the first place, so the whole thing is obviously ridiculous.
