This is not a genuine concern of mine. You still get a lawyer, and through that lawyer you can reach the outside world. Also, most states have a phone-call law, or similar notification system to ensure that you're NOT secretly arrested.

In the UK, no. You have the right in law for someone to be notified of your arrest and, in most cases*, have the ability to speak to someone. Both of your choice.

*This can be delayed or forbidden only if it can be proved in court that it to prevent further offences, interfering with witnesses, etc

I don't think so, but I'm fully willing to admit that I don't know, however as long as we are treating sexual assaults as "special" crimes, we should treat all parties the same, and not just "protect" one side of it.

No, the Sixth Amendment provides for the accused right to public trial. If there was some sort of legislation that put this into affect, the accused could still probably get a public trial if requested.
