My friends and I hung out today. I don't have a job but am in the process of learning wordpress in order to make websites for local businesses. The day after tomorrow I have to submit a business plan and it shouldn't take long to do, but I want to spend my whole day tomorrow working on it and practising my programming. My friends are making plans to hang out tomorrow from 8 in the morning till two in the afternoon. I feel like it would be a waste of time and money but they reason that our history of hanging out has been sparse because of school, work, and family and that we should spend a reasonable amount of time we have together since summer school and work will be starting up and will busy us once again during the summer. I disagree.

Am I being stubborn or am I keeping frame? I fell off the monk mode wagon for a week or so and am looking to get back on it starting tomorrow. I feel that I should not go with them because if I do then it will make me seem like I am easy to convince and won't stand up for what I want to do. Any advice on how I should react so as to live in the best interest of productivity and the future? I am worried this will damage my relationship with them. I don't want to spend from my shrinking pile of savings either.

Any advice?
