Fair enough. It's shitty to tell someone you're going to marry them so they'll sleep with you. It's still sex under false pretenses but, it could still be much worse.

I wouldn't be too thrilled. This is related to something else that appears to be gaining momentum amongst feminists. I can't find the articles right now, but in a nutshell they are advocating that if, for example, a man tells a woman he's a Hollywood scout to get in her pants, she can then accuse him of rape if she finds out he was lying, because she consented to have sex with him under false premises, and wouldn't have consented otherwise.
