She's making a great point here, although it took me a little thinking to understand what the title was saying.

Why is violence equal, but murder isn't? Because, perhaps, we're overlooking a lot of murders by the woman, or not prosecuting them.

That would just make sense. The only other thing I can think of that would make sense is that women initiate about 2/3rds of divorces, so perhaps they're more likely than men to leave rather than murder?

I wish she were a social scientist.
