The guide is the same. Improve yourself and your situation. This means developing your career and health as much as you can. Also, I would look at moving to a state/place that has better family courts for men.

You are already married and have a child, you can not change this. That doesnt mean you need any more kids.

Ideally you want to keep raising your SMV so that your partner doesnt stray/want to leave. If you get to a point where your SMV is high enough to make sense to leave her over it, then you decided on that course of action.

Cheat on her or hire a p.i to see if you can use something to get out. See a lawyer for a divorce.
