Absolutely frightening. He's already in jail too. I can't remember the link offhand but there are quite a few reported cases of women abusing the VAWA laws to gain emergency visas into the US. Or, 'mail order' brides getting here, claiming 'abuse' 6 months later and filing false statements, and then taking advantage of the system.
