Ahh yes, that sounds like the U of I I went to. There is one thing that they have going for them, though - they make it easy for campus groups to form, and they make a lot of concessions to the sexual violence industry, but in reality they don't hold a lot of students accountable for showing up or even pretending to. Probably the best way to go with that.
