It's fine. Make sure you eat enough to gain mass, and do cut cycles when you get too fat again.

Be aware that most great training and body building programs take 2 years to get to where you envision. YOU will not see differences in your body even after 6 months but everyone else will.

I honestly think the whole "ss makes you fat" thing with those before and afters has more to do with the fact that those guys wouldn't eat any differently and didn't do anything besides lift somewhat hard, right?

Against popular belief here, their is an "idea" of "entire body gains" vs "Just loose some fucking weight"..

99% of people here are going to say eat more, lift more, build more. Take your skinny/fat body and BUILD EVERYTHING, bigger arms, bigger legs, biceps, pecs.

The problem with this is, its shooting for the stars, it will involve a regime of working out 5 days a weeks, taking supplements, hitting the shit hard like a man. Which is all good and find if you keep up with it on a daily basis. Not saying you cant do it, but fuck most people dont and you have so many fat fucks at the gym stuck in a perpetual "whole body gainz" movement.

Option 2 "loose some fucking weight" category. Most macho men think this is for ladies, get skinny, bla bla bla. Truth is, by limiting your calories you WILL lose weight. Will see quicker noticeable differences etc. Get below 10% body fat and you will have a 6 pack, have the ability to fun for miles, etc.

Instead of getting stuck in gainz/cut/body build, I would just loose the weight start feeling better about your self while working out consistently.

SS.

Push yourself every workout , eat , sleep , repeat.

Eat clean.

Thank you all for the advice , I am new to weightlifting as you have guessed.

If you are fat and skinny, the best is to cut the fat first AND start lifting (starting strength 3 times a week is good for a beginner).

If you start bulking now, you'll get fatter and then you will have to cut for a loooong time, and you will lose your new muscle mass in the process.

So eat -300 to -500 calories per day compared to your needs, as a beginner you will still improve your lifts. Once you are ~12 % body fat, you can start eating more.

It is fine, but your main focus should be to cut to ~12% bodyfat at first.
