I created a new account for posting on TRP, and though i'd start off with a small report and some tips on the benefits of using social media, especially Instagram to benefit you.

If used correctly, Instagram is a great way to have a small buffer on the frame you should be maintaining around girls. What this means is Instagram can't make your frame (though it definitely can break your frame), but can be used to reinforce your frame.

Instagram is a great tool to use if you want to show off your preselection from other females. You post a pic, and two chicks comment on it. Third chick sees these two comments and automatically assumes they are your bitches.

Instagram is great to show that you have other, more important shit to do. You're texting a girl, shes acting stupid, weird, or boring. You decide it's time to next her. Thirty minutes later you post a picture which shows you heading to a party, or chilling with another chick. The original girl sees this and gets jealous of you. "I acted stupid with him! I should have gone out with him, he's going to that bar!"

Instagram is a great way to see which girls dig you, and which girls view you as their beta. In the past, I knew I was the beta orbitter to a couple girls. These were the girls that never commented on my posts, never liked my posts, and never replied to my comments on their posts. But the girls who i've gamed, and showed proper frame around, are tagging you, liking your posts, and sending comments that are silly and cute.

Those are my top three reasons for using Instagram.

Some Tips:

  1. Instagram is not that important. It should not be used to make your frame. It should not be THE tool you use to get chicks.

  2. Never, ever complement a girls physical features through instagram. This is THE reason girls love Instagram. They can post a pic of their bodies and have hundreds of followers telling them how beautiful they are. If you're the ONE dude that sais either NOTHING, or some dumb comment on something in the background, then you stand out.

  3. Put thought into the picture you post. Don't make it too obvious you're fucking a chick. That would probably deter some females. But rather, slyly hint at how you're fucking that other chick.

  4. Your Instagram has to match your personality. This is the only way it works. If you're an alpha aloof asshole in real life, constantly negging and joking and hitting on chicks, and your instagram is filled with you doing many fun activities with your bros or your bitches, then that fits. You can't be a asocial beta in real life, and pretend to be master alpha through Instagram. That does nothing and gets you ignored.
