I was talking to a guy in the comments of a post about how fucked we are in South America due to the fooding of feminists whose heads got bigger from the spanish "Guilty until innocent" law about rape.

I gave the example of the brazilian born tango singer and actor Juan Darthes. I lack full knowledge about the case, but i did some research to ELI5 this grim chapter in our society.

Darthes played the character Jùlian, who was the main character's childhood friend, in the argentine novela Dulce Amor. Jùlian after the mechanic they worked on failed, had no option but to become a driver for Natacha (Played by Calu Rivero) who kind of becomes his lover and gets him in trouble with his wife.

Eitherway, Rivero accused Darthes for sexual harrasment. God knows why. Luckily she was incredibly stupid and made this tweet before acussing him that literally stated she was not harrased by him. Our lad Darthes had some bright lights on his brain that time, since he threatened to sue her and she shutted up.

But shit hit the fucking fan until 2018, when Thelma Fardin with the support of a feminist actresses collective publicily acussed him of raping her in Nicaragua during the filming of the kid's show "El Patito Feo" nine years ago. Yeah. Nine fucking years ago. How can you even get evidence for that.

This didnt stop the feminists, who claimed he got her to his room (Even for worse, she was 16 at the time), made her touch his dick and raped her. Darthes claimed this was not like that and that if it was he would have personally walked to jail. He said that she was the one trying to kiss him and he denied her politelly. Neither viewpoint has proof, but it's innocent until proved guilty by our law, so you must assume it was just a "Sorry no proof no way".

It wasnt. Another actress joined the wandbagoon of "Lets accuse Darthes for rape!" and claimed she was sexually assaulted by him while filming of Culpable de Este Amor in 2004. This man apparently had a neuralyzer in his dick to make so many women forget about rape until someone decided to claim rape.

Nicaragua, with no trial to any of the participants declared Darthes guilty of rape aggravated for paedophilia and a link of confidence. The fucking interpol got involved and Darthes had to flee to his native Brazil where he remains to this day. He had some beef with a feminist collective there, but he is just chilling with the money he made from his career.
