Honestly I think you might need to define "privilege" at the beginning of this. Obviously there are so many different privileges and advantages people can enjoy for different reasons, and the culture wars are diluting and distorting language so much these days, so the word itself is going to mean wildly different things to different people.

Just asking "who has more" isn't going to yield any meaningful results unless you can specify exactly what you're referring to.
