For entry level, you might need to drop this one. Right now you just need to get a foot in the door. Salary can come later. To make that much starting out is tough, a lot of companies don't want to hire someone with no experience for that much. It's not so much because you are inexperienced at the job, but because you are inexperienced professionally. Having a real 40 hour a week 9-5 day job is different. More is asked of you, more is expected, its time to be professional.

I remember my first job out of college, making $30k. They brought in a bunch of fresh college graduates along with me. While we were all more than qualified to do the job, there were a lot of the hires in this group who weren't qualified from a professional standpoint. They showed up late a lot, took too long of breaks, didn't talk to their superiors with attention and respect, occassionally insubordinate, were lazy, didn't dress properly, had trouble managing their workload, called in sick too much, and so on. This is why companies are hesitant to hire fresh college grads with no experience for a high salary - sure, you might be qualified to do the job. But are you going to bring along the professionalism that the position requires? Companies want to see you act and work in a professional manner.

This is why they want someone with experience in a professional setting, because they know you can be counted on from a professional standpoint and they aren't rolling the dice on someone who could roll into the office 15 minutes late with sagging pants.

Any of those fields are fine. If you truly are OK with living anywhere in the country, I'd apply for positions in the lower cost of living areas in the Midwest and South. That's what I did. I sent out resumes and applied for jobs in those low cost of living states. Start out living in a low cost of living area so you can maximize the most of the entry income you will bring in. Better to make $30k in Iowa(where I started) than $40k in a place Seattle(where I currently live).

I started out in IT making right around 42k a year as Helpdesk support. after 4 years, I doubled that salary after getting my degree in CIS

I applied and applied at multiple places and got turned down for a bunch of positions. However, I took every job denial as a way to learn and to figure out what I was doing wrong.
