This is not an MRA sub lady. This is anti-feminism so you have your knickers in a knot over nothing. Our purpose is to point out the hypocrisy and idiocy of feminism.

But as to what actual MRA has achieved where do I begin?

Exposing the sexism of feminism a million times over to begin with.
Gaining desperately needed health services for men.
Getting courts to actually make some women pay for child support.
Massive support for a particular actor who is being rail-roaded by feminists and a particular evil scheming actress.
Shutting down some extremely misandric subs on reddit. (r/ againstmensrights will be next)
And lots more.

The sub in question is about the most misandric load of garbage I have seen here on reddit and that is including the FDS trash. I know you do not want it titled as such because that will mess with your confirmation bias and hurt your weak mind but too bad.
