Save 13k and stay with my parents?

I already know how to be self sufficient and care for others because my dad left the state for work and mom left the country for business issues. Therefore I had to take care of my 2 siblings. I know what real life brings on.

I want to dorm to not miss out the social life and stuff but staying home will mean saving money.

These are two pillars of trp which will topple one way or the other....socializing vs money....
