"The man ran away" is a very sexist and shitty way of blaming men for the irresponsibility of both Parties (in most cases)

Why? In the modern world, we have mostly came up with laws against injustice, and such is the fact for childcare, if a man gets a woman pregnant, he will be forced to pay child support for 22 to 24 years for varying rates, even when both parties consented to it.

But lots of people will still claim "the man ran away" as the excuse for not knowing who the father is and therefore not receiving child support.

This is clearly a manipulative tactic used to shed themselves from personal responsibilities, as she would have known who the male was if she was being sexually responsible.

How? In the modern world, having a relationship, even knowing a person for a few weeks exposes an unprecedented amount of information, this information can trace someone back to their school, work, or community, and in the age of the internet where everything is shared online it is impossible not to identify a partner who "ran away", it is extremely easy to identify and catch a person, especially in a relationship.

The only reason for not being able to identify your partner would be if YOU PERSONALLY CHOSE TO BE IRRESPONSIBLE, i.e. you slept with 50 different people and now have no idea who, or where the father is.

And for this reason, such phrases are only used by irresponsible people to blame males, and men in order to manipulate you and shift blame onto her partner instead of acknowledging her own irresponsibility.

Such phrases are extremely sexist and we should be wary of those who use them.
