Marital rape is crime under DV 2005,but it isn't considered an act of sexual more like an act of physical violence it can land you in Jail for 2 years straight

She does raise an important point, Marital Rape is legal BOTH ways. Woman can drug her husband and do whatever but let's ignore that and pretend that only Men rape.
