Long story short, been seeing a girl for 6 months. She moved in about two months ago (I know, it was fast) because she was still living at home and her dad and her don't get along. She was really into me and was responding to all of the red pill principles. I was afraid I was being a little too RP in dealing with her and amped up the BP when she moved in. I wanted her to be comfortable with me and I have lost girlfriends in the past because I failed comfort tests. At first she said she felt like we were just roommates because I was gone all of the time, now she is saying she wants to rent her own place because she is afraid she will have no where to go if something were to happen, plus she likes her alone time and doesn't feel like she gets enough of it right now.
I understand those things but she's also been distant as of late, we went from sex about 5 times a week down to 1 or 2. I don't think she's cheating because she is never unaccounted for, she does periodic calls to update me where she is and what she's doing. She cleans the apartment and buys stuff for it, I just don't know how she went from us feeling like roommates because I was gone so much 6 weeks ago to saying she wants her own apartment now.
I know it looks like the classic signs of her fucking someone else, but I honestly don't get that feeling. I have read a lot on here and even did the 'trust but verify" that is recommended by some of the endorsed contributors by making sure she was where she said she was, and confirmed it with my own eyes on several occasions. She also deleted her facebook and Instagram because she was getting messages from guys wanting to hang out.
If I ramped up the blue pill side too much, what can I do to reset things before they're too late? I don't want to go full red pill asshole because that cost me my last long term relationship with a good girl.
She was to go look at an apartment today and give the deposit, but she said yesterday she still wasn't 100% sure if she would. I told her I didn't want her to go but understood the need for your own place, and she had a point that she wouldn't be able to go back to her dad's (it was ugly when she moved in, he's a controlling asshole and hates me). I did not act mad or upset or anything, just calm and understanding while telling her I wanted her to stay.
What should I start doing ASAP to reset things back to how they were before? Could it be that she is just genuinely wanting her own place and I could just be overly nervous and paranoid? Did she get too comfortable too quick? Any thoughts?
What should I do if she does move? No reaction? Help her move? We're not breaking up and she will be living close. I'll provide more context if needed.
