Yes but they're usually laughed at, ignored, shamed or silenced at the cultural level. At the legal level you have things such as the Duluth Model which essentially states that in domestic disputes the man is always the perpetrator (even when in reality he might be the victim). Take for example Michael Craig where the cops (running off the Duluth Model) simply shoot him even though his girlfriend was the one holding a knife to his throat. You also have altered statistics especially in the case of rape because when a woman rapes a man it's not counted as rape but sexual assault in several jurisdictions.

The article is in India. In India, workplace sexual harassment legislation was originally tabled by their politicians in a gender neutral language. The feminists got upset and insisted that men be excluded from equal protection under the law. The feminists got what they wanted. It is illegal to sexually harass women in India, but legal to sexually harass men.
