Can you assess a guy's SMV by how much women want him to be around when he's not there, or by how much they talk about him and his unpredictability?

For example, let's say a guy is using the dread game on all the women from a certain group.

1. If they keep inviting him to events, does that mean he has a high SMV?

2. If they talk about how he acts when he's not there, does that mean he has a high SMV?

If the answer is yes, then this guy I know who acts like this is really succeeding at raising his SMV in their eyes.
