Nearly every time a relationship is in turmoil, the woman is the one who bears the brunt of the issues. The woman is the one who stays up all night wondering what she did wrong. She’s the one googling how to fix a relationship after this or that isn’t going according to plan. What’s the man doing? 99% of the time he’s sitting on the couch with a beer, completely oblivious to the emotional damage the woman is going through. Completely, utterly, unaware. Or even worse, he’s aware, he just doesn’t care. No questions asked, just business as usual. My heart goes out to those women, and I truly hope that none of us ever become that woman.
