Last Wednesday I was sitting at work and my phone rang, turned out to be a girl I hadn't spoken to (except to tell I wasn't interested in seeing anymore) since December. Long story short she had just spat a child out her snatch and was claiming me as the father. Originally her demeanor was great(haha Buuuuut we all know that was subject to change) telling me I "deserve a paternity test, etc."

I couldn't really tell by his face because his mother is Asian so he doesn't really show any of my 'white guy' features currently. So a few days go by, she decides she doesn't want me in its life (as does her family) and frankly she's such a lunatic that I would be willing to sign over rights just to be rid of her. Her family is well off, so care and finance wouldn't be an issue.

Then when I cross referenced an attorney I was told getting a paternity test is the only way to go about it. As she can always wait 6 years and pursue CS just for the joy of watching me get irritated. Then suddenly she goes straight to cunt mode when I tell her I want a test. I pay $350 for a test, she tells the lab to "fuck off" when they called to schedule an appointment. Then I call the courthouse and they want another $225 just to summons her to take the test.

Sunday she actually called me to suggest we take out a DVP on me to 'loop hole' me out of the picture( I wish I were just trolling), then she called Monday to say she called DHHR to tell them she had no idea who the father was, etc. It's a pretty female biased, bullshit situation but any advice from members who've been through it?

Ohhhhh, she also claims she didn't know she was pregnant and had to tell the hospital she smoked weed and did prescription pills (gotten illegally) through the pregnancy. Which I guess they're fine with?...
