Attention whores by definition are more noticeable, needy... and most pertinently, available. If you don't want to be involved with this kind of woman, try not to be distracted by the boobs, legs, fake tan etc they use to bolster their self esteem. You know better than I the current trends prevailing in your area. The girls you are interested in, if you don't want 'attention whores' or 'damaged girls' are the ones you're not noticing as they quietly go about their business. The most difficult to find and attract, in fact. Probably don't want to hear this, but I think it's the case. Or just do the MGTOW thing. It's not like you need women

This kind of victimization of one self I have a hard time to take seriously.

You don't attract anything, you are just incredible bad at organizing your own emotional structure.

You shouldn't be asking why you are the victim of "attracting damaged girls", but instead be introspective of why you feel the need to be an emotional bucket when everyone else are able to structure and have an emotional backbone.

The "nice guy" attitude isn't a place you want to be, and treating it like anything but a mental health issue is damaging to all involved.
