I'm wondering should I be taking shit like Creatine, especially at 18 years old.  I heard it's no good for you since it can mess up your kidneys and your muscles would be artificial since all it does is add water to your muscle and it's all gone once you stop using Creatine.    Should I just stick to Whey or are their better Protein powders out there? Matter of fact, do I need to be using these supplements at my age anyways?
