Well, as i can see the thing you miss is understanding social dynamics and being more talkative, not that few inches in hight. Study the aproach to get better with the girls, find funny shit test responses when girls ask you why u so short or something like that.

Talk to random people, but dont talk much of yourself, ask them about things they tell you, especially the things they get really hyped about, remember everybody likes to talk about themselves, and if you let them do that, they will perceive you as a good listener and a potential friend/fuck buddy, when in the same time not revealing much about youself, this creates a effect where you gain everything and loose almost nothing, you gain insight in their interests, their likes and dislikes, when you split ways with the person you just talked to, they will think you two had a good conversation, when in fact you didnt tell anything, and therefore you apear mysterious to them, which moisturizes the bearded clam in girls.

Don't suffer from Napoleon complex. If you're short focus on game, someone suggested RSD, also focus on being extremely confident.

Finally, lift. You may be short but if you stack mass it may make up for it.
