I've been boxing Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturday), weight lifting every other day (5x5 strong lifts), eating 5 times a day, and getting 6-8 hours of sleep.
My goal through boxing and weightlifting is to learn self defense, shred fat, build muscle, and get a six pack
I've been at it for two months and I've made sure not to weight myself ( to surprise myself I guess ? ). Well yesterday I decided to finally see what's up and was totally surprised... found out I weight 208, which is 3 more pounds than I was at 2 months ago
I don't understand... I box for 2 hrs and sweat like a mother, and I feel that I'm stronger and look better... but I'm heavier? Lol
I feel I should be using myfitnesspal to count my calories
Should I be eating less calorific meals?
What changes should I be implementing ?
