Glad I retired early. This is blatant discrimination. Favoring one gender over another. I thought women could do everything a man could while bleeding? Apparently working is not one of those things.

In saner times i might have thought they were using that term to exclude post-menopausal women, but in Clown World it's safe to say they are doing it to include women who identify as men. If they wanted to be REALLY inclusive they would include men -- who are currently identifying as menstruating women.
