i know it’s hard for every woman but it’s exacerbated by being part of a tiny group and then having religious preferences that narrow it down further. also dating is almost like 2 families getting married rather than 2 people getting married so you have to take into account what peoples families are like
my family has a matchmaker for me but I really don’t like any of the guys I’ve been set up with. And I shouldn’t be in a rush because I’m only 20 but this is like the typical marriage age for girls in my community so I am feeling the clock tick a bit
my basic requirements are like similar level of religious observance to me, personality that I get along with, taller than 5’8 and physically attractive to me (I think this is more than fair because I’m 5’7 but Jewish dudes are SHORT), I’d prefer a guy to have a college degree because I’m in college and it would just be more relatable but as long as he works hard and wants to provide for a family that’s cool, and then I just want him to have similar interests/future goals for a family
idk are there any orthodox/modern orthodox Jewish women here? I feel like people are pushing me so hard to get married asap but it’s a lifelong commitment I’m not gonna be flippant or loose with my standards
there doesn't seem to be anything here
