Don't get me wrong it is good to have that type of stuff. And I will go even further to say that I learning to appreciate who you are will go further than confidence

But I feel like this along with a nice guy debate really doesn't ring true in real life because being nice and confident are said to be expected but in reality they're not

I know very insecure and mentally ill people who give relationships all the time and I know people who are on top of the world who are perpetually lonely

I was heavily insecure and self loathing when I was younger and by some miracle I was able to love myself but I really do not know this how girls responded to me differently versus when I was at my lowest.

I think this type of thing is what both sides gas-light with because it seems easy enough. If you just do all the right things work on yourself you'll be golden but I am walking proof that it's not that easy

I have been inside of a room to where half the people will think I'm the most confident dude ever but in the same room, the other half will think I'm a weirdo?

Just because you perceive something does not mean it's accurate.

Don't get me wrong it is way better To Love Yourself than to wallow in a trick but it's not easy but I also think you give people false hope when they do the work but still end up with nothing.
