Hey everyone.

tl,dr: convinced my lady to quit smoking. Should I feel guilty or like a leader?

My LTR smokes, maybe one cigarette every other day. She claims she doesn't feel any addiction or cravings but enjoys sitting on the porch at night and having some quiet time with one. (actions, not words) I've told her that I don't like her smoking but have not explicitly told her not to.

She recently confided in me that the last night when I was asleep she had gotten drunk and had several cigarettes. She launched off with some DEERing about how she was probably just emotional because it was her period and she ate really healthy the next day to make up for it because the beer will make her fat, and so on.

So I told her, "You may not feel cravings now, but every time you smoke you're putting that nicotine in your body and you will eventually develop a chemical dependency. I just want you to be healthy, and honestly I just find smoking unattractive." No emotion, just being straight with her.

She told me she loved me, left for work, and then texted me "Just threw them away."

QUESTION: Now I feel guilty. I didn't twist her arm or give an ultimatum but I did convince her. Should I feel guilty for her quitting or is that Blue Pill mindset? I'm working towards a healthy and stronger lifestyle for myself ever since I started TRP and I want to lead her there as long as she'll follow. Been in the LTR for 5 years now, TRP for 4ish months, currently at Dread level 4.
