A man in the United Kingdom says he has not been near his ex partner in more than 3 years, but he received a letter from cafcass stating that his ex accused him of disturbing allegations.
Here is my response in the hopes that it may help another father who is attempting to seek justice.
I am not a attorney and this is not legal advice.
Do you feel abused?

Do you believe that your child may be suffering emotional abuse from mom's lies? Are you interested in an emergency child hearing to protect your child from emotional abuse?
What evidence will I need to present at an emergency child custody hearing? In order for an emergency custody order to be obtain one the parent making the application must present evidence and the need for emergency. A parent must typically show that the child faces “immediate harm.” It is therefore important to note and write down the events that lead you to believe your child is in risk of harm. If you gathered this through a conversation with your child or the other parent then write this down, and collect any emails, notes or photographs which may be of assistance.
This evidence will be useful for both the emergency custody hearing as well as any subsequent hearings if you would like to apply for full custody.

Do you think you are a victim of domestic violence? If so, as a victim of domestic violence you may have access to a solicitor to help protect you and your child from these acts?
Do you think as a male you may be subject to discrimination? Would you feel safer with an honest advocate at your side such as a minister or other person not related to you who could testify to what they saw as you spoke to the authorities?
I wish you the best of luck in your search for justice.
