My close friend's brother had to fight hard to get his 3 year old daughter in his custody. Court denied it, he was allowed a small fraction of the week, I think it was 2 days.

Then, like he explained to the court, the mom just got up and left for a full day leaving the child alone to go on a drug bender, I think she expected to be home after 12 plus hours but got so high she just didn't.... Anyway, the dad went to pick up the daughter and found her there alone and called the cops, thankfully the girl is fine, and that whole debacle pushed the courts in his favor to get him full custody (my understanding is it still took a while though)

This was 3 years ago and he still posts pictures of the two of them online often. Makes my day each time I see how happy they are.

He spent two months in jail because he posted a photo of him with a shovel with the judge’s initials on it. The jury cleared him in 26 minutes after hearing the photos caption ‘Dada back to digging & you best believe im gonna dig up all the skeletons in this court's closet.’

The Family Courts in this country are so horribly run. They give custody to moms, so they can make the men pay child support. All so they can take their cut.

You want gender equality? First, Normalize 50/50 custody. Unless one parent can be proven unfit.

Give court appointed attorneys in child custody cases. If you can give a murderer an attorney, a dad who just wants to see his kids more than 6 days a month, should have one too.

Hold women just as accountable as the men. I personally know a woman that has 6 children by 3 different men. Terrible mother, and has custody of all 6 children. She parties and blows all her child support, and her kids wear rags while she wears designer shit.

Why criticize the judge yourself, get a publicist so the judge sues for libel too.
