I think this kind of places are dangerous mostly in terms of attracting more subscribers and indoctrinating more people. It isn't necessarily a bad thing that they get private. The less attention and clout they get, the better it is.

I wouldn't worry much about FDS causing violence though. Women generally have far lower violence rates and so far I can think only of one female mass shooter while there's a bunch of male ones.

Also it doesn't seem they're private right now.
