Before I met my wife, she was totally in her masculine. Very independent, went out to eat alone, movies alone, and for a time trained MMA because she had dreams of fighting in the UFC. That type of girl..

I knew she was a bit “masculine” when we met, not with looks or anything (she is beautiful, trust me) but just the energy she gave off. She was that rough/tough independent girl. Didn’t need a man, she could do it all.

You know?

All of this seemed to go away after she met me.

In fact, we went out to dinner with some of her old friends recently and one of them pulled me aside to tell me that she couldn’t believe how much my wife had changed since she met me, and told me about how tough she used to be, shoulders back, standing talk and tense, and how feminine and sweet she is now. The friend was genuinely shocked by her “new” personality, never seeing it before.

I told my wife what her friend told me, and my wife told me that I am the first man that had every allowed her to truly be in her feminine and that she had always wanted this, she just didn’t know it.

We’ve since had a lot of talks about this, and she now understands masculine and feminine energy.

This concept was totally foreign to her before. She has only been with a handful of guys (she’s told me about all of them, so I can get a pretty good sense of where she’s coming from) and for the most part they all seemed pretty weak.

Her feminine energy brings out my masculine energy.

It feels good.

We both know our roles and our relationship is super healthy because of this.

Just thought I’d share.
