This girl I know just moved into my apartment complex. She texted me and asked me if the wifi is always this bad. I said "Yeah it hasn't been working lately. Can't watch gossip girl?(I know she likes this tv show)" She said I finished that show. I said "I tried it, couldn't take it seriously"

She replied "probably because you like (actor in the show)

I said "I don't look like him, he looks like me"

Then she basically ends the conversation with something like "okayyyy well I got it fixed so thanks"

What did I say to make her end the convo? How could I have escalated
