Tj;dr: How does one learn and apply game to girls that are friends?

This is my first post on asktrp. I understand Monk Mode and becoming the best you. This is a good way to better yourself and meet cool people. But my question is: how does one learn game? I can make friends effortlessly. But I have no idea how to pull girls. Someone mentioned a old post about Chateau Maxims and they seem good. But how does one learn social game? I want to be able to get the girls I see daily, know what to do. So, I ask you all at AskTRP, what to do?
