Women are the most critical of female promiscuity and nudity because it devalues sex, which evolutionary speaking is womens currency in the mating game. The access to sex is their bargening power. Just like men are most critical of guys "simping" and showering women with attention, time and resources for nothing in return, because it increases competition for men and essentially makes acquiring sex more expensive to men.
