Does anyone have any advice why every time a woman says something to me my voice becomes almost completely silent (sound like a mouse)? A couple of times the woman had to get closer to understand me.

Is this because of I am afraid to talk to them, and if so is there something I can do to change it? I'm not good with women, almost never talk to one, so I thought I can start with sounding like a normal human being.
