Believe me, if they don't mind releasing it, they will release it no matter what you do or they will use it to blackmail you to do even more horrible stuff. If they do release it, you have the proof they raped you. You need help.

How is your relationship with your parents ? You need to talk to them about it and see what you can do. If your relationship with them is not good, maybe your grandpa, an uncle or an aunt ?Your elder sister would prefer to protect you than you protecting her.
