So, I was successfull with holding my frame and building up a frame. In the process of doing so, I discovered how things work for me and looked deeper into it. This is what general statements I found to be true:

Frame is represented in every word you choose. Your frame is for the biggest part forged in childhood. Frame decides who you are friends with.

Everyone has his own frame built up and protecting him from bullshit. Well, there are some things that everyone should do: Don't do favors for nothing in return, don't chase girls, don't let someone try to shame you. These are very true and important things for a frame. But since these are general statements on how to keep your frame, there is nothing explicitly said about how to do it. The thing is, how to do it can't be said by anyone but yourself. We can give ideas and examples or how we would do it. Often you might think "These wouldn't be the words I use./ This seems rude to me./ I would tweak that word or two." and if you do so, that is a good thing. Don't blindly accept, but try to see what statement is behind that sentence. Before this there surely is a phase where you fake it 'till you make it, but to get further, you need to think abstract. "What pattern shows behind this sentence? how is the frame represented here?" should be the questions asked. Well, if you got these questions answered you should have a pretty good portait of how that person thinks and what kind of person he is. Whether if he is bluntly direct, vulgar, classy as fuck... something like that. Let me call this a speaking pattern.

A giant rule for TRP is: "Say what you do and do what you say". This means being consistent with what you want and being honest with yourself, which originates from "Only do what you like and speak up if you dislike something.". In the end, there is no room for things you dislike, because you only do things you like and thus speak of things you like.

So, this speaking pattern is a first sign of what your frame consists of. It is what words you choose, how you align them, how you pronounce them. Your speak pattern only consists of words you like. The order of your words shows your preference for words, because you can stress them heavily just by putting it in a good order. And the more you stress a word, the more important it is to you. Also, your accent/regional specific words or terms obiviously show where you grew up and can give away regional informations because of cultural differences.

This is why when we hear someone speaking only a single sentence we can judge if we like or dislike him. Disliking a speaking pattern is directly linked to disliking a person at whole.

Now, this is only one part of a frame covered. You still need to act on your words or without words at best. Here I point out again: "Only do what you like". So, there is no room for things you dislike. Some people ask me why I do things or why I think some behaviour is wrong. Bottom line of everything I say: I either like or dislike it. If I like it, I do it, if I dislike it, I speak up. And everyone knows, you can't argue with likes or dislikes. It's completely subjective and differs immensely from person to person. Can't argue that with logic. This is because these things are deeply rooted into our mind as the right thing to do and to say. These values can hardly be changed, just adjusted.

It is because of the fact that we get these values taught in very early years where we don't have self-awareness or self-conciousness. Our sub-conscious is widely open and embracing for everything. Really everything can dig into your mind miles deep. Because we don't have something proteting the sub-conscious yet. Over the first months and years in our lives we see and feel things, and these things become our anchor for the sub-conscious. These anchors protect it from beeing ripped away. A big part of this is also: we can learn to dislike things just as easy. Parent's yelling at you because you did something, someone swearing while doing gardening. Situations like that make you dislike things.

At a bit later age, we start to have enough impressions and tighten up our entry for the sub-conscious. This is the age where kids first rebell to test borders. Simply for the sake of it. Wanting to get the personal demands fullfilled. They want people to do what they like. When the parents don't give in, the kid will learn that other people also have borders and act accordingly. I would call that kind. If the parents give in, the kid will grow up selfish.

Little things make you what you are. You don't need to think of big events, but of the strength of emotion connected to that event. The emotion made you like or dislike it.

Now that's covered. You have your frame now, you do what you like, speak about things you like and act against things you don't like. See, there is no room for having things in your life you dislike and if something pops up, it's banned immediately. Good. Now translate exactly this to others:

They do what they like, say what they like and act against things they dislike. If you have mutual likes, you might like that person. But if there aren't things you like mutually that are bound to a very strong emotion, it won't be enough to start a friendship. Friendship starts from the point that you literally celebrate the same things and at the very best not only dislike but protest against the same things.

The strength of emotion connected to an activity decides the amount of respect and soul you pour into relations. You "learned" these emotions in your earliest stages of life.

So, depending on how much you like a thing someone does, you can like him exactly that much. If someone does things you dislike, it will result in you disliking him. But most of people I am friends with do little things I wouldn't do in my spare time. Still, I am friends with them. This is because the strength of the positive emotions makes up and exceeds the negative emotions by far. If it's just by a little amount, I wouldn't really care about that person.

And if you are friends with someone and he is doing things you don't care about (things that have no emotional value to you), you celebrate him doing these things. Because the person you like gives these things emotional value to you. You support your friends in things they care about. You celebrate with them and demonstrate with them.

The most social thing to do, is to show your frame. You do things you like, and only the things you like. This builds up a huge positive emotion connected to you, and people want these positive emotions. It's human.

KEEP IN MIND: Women will cherish you for the strength of your emotions of your frame, men for the actual things you do. This post rather describes the dynamics between men.
