Will the court or mediators take into account that my wife is 10 years younger than me and has more time to allow her investments to grow. I've done some calculations and she would end up with a $500,000 dollar more than me if we each retire at 67. If we get that same amount of retirement assets after we split, we would not have an equitable retirement. Can I ask for the assets to be divided such that we have an equitable retirement?
