I'm not sure what meaning to take from that study. It's measuring a derivative, isn't it - it's not whether a given type of man gets more sexual interest, but whether and in what direction the sexual interest changes depending on the woman's time of the month. Of the various measures of masculinity (height, facial ratios, subjective evaluation by the women), and the various measures of sexual interest (subjective rating of short-term and long-term attractiveness by the women, and yes/no whether the woman asked for a second date in the speed-dating exercise), the only time-of-the-month swing they found was for facial ratios + subjective rating of long-term desirability. So the answer to "would you bring this boy home to meet your grandparents" might change depending on the boy's square-jawedness and the girl's time of the month.
