Something that doesn't get talked about often is how specific things are made easier on women in regard to jobs.

When I was graduating college I had a year of experience and I was one of the top in my class. I kept get beat out for jobs by pretty women I was in school with. I knew people who worked at some of the places and they'd say that they went easier on the woman in the interview or they wanted a pretty face representing them. They'd say I was asked double the question and got them all right where the women would get asked half and miss several.

Which ties into why a lot of women get receptionist or administrative jobs making as much or more than construction more easily than men. Because places want a pretty face representing them ' the first thing customers see.

Wokism wins again to the detriment of men, the RAF and national defence. RAF top brass must be sacked and stripped of their lucrative pension rights. Prioritising wokism rather the the best candidates for the job…again.
