A man is a sexual predator if he dates an adult woman with a considerable age difference. Is a woman also a financial predator if she dates a man with a considerable wealth difference?

Leonardo DiCaprio is again facing flak for dating women who are considerably younger. Certain people on the internet are grossed out by the fact that the current girlfriend is a 19 y.o. and some have even labeled him a sexual predator due to "power dynamics". However, as we have seen in the case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, age or amount of wealth does not define who has power in a relationship.

Also, both the individuals involved are adults, yet only the man is being questioned. The woman is not asked why she is dating a man with a considerable age and wealth difference. She is portrayed as a victim even though she willingly entered into the relationship and has not complained about it herself.

This is not an isolated case, there are numerous instances of men being shamed and labeled as predators for dating considerably younger adult women even though a lot of young girls themselves seek out older men and especially wealthy older men.
