This is a rough account and doesn't contain everything that I want people to be aware of but I'm half tired.

Also this is just to test the waters and get your honest feed back and opinions etc.

I just recently learned that I believe needs so much more awareness spread regarding this matter because the absolute biasness when people here these two words ha and is still devastating and absolutely ruining mens lives. 

                Sexual offenders. I want to get more into it later but my eyes were open recently after my friend told me about a friend of hers who killed himself. He was a yr younger older than his girlfriend and they started dating when he was about 16 and she was 15. Then as soon as he turned eighteen (she possibly only had some months to go before turning 17 either way though what happened to him imo goes against all retianale and logic, not to mention common sense and decency)    For some reason her mother took him to court and he was charged with statutory rape and slapped with the label of sexual offender. As I did more research, listens to other people's stories it became apparent that it doesn't matter if you actually never as assaulted anyone sexually. The biasness is so bad when people hear those two words, once a sexual offender most people don't care about the truth you as in men are treated like violent rapist pedophiles. He was harassed so bad he ended up taking his own life.         One more story.. another friend was in a facility that was supposed to specialize in helping troubled youths. He was fifteen. For whatever reason he was having a bad day and the staff felt they needed to restrain him. He fought back because he didn't want to be restrained. The staff member in front and on top of him was a woman. Others were restraining his arms ect he freaked and not the closest thing he could reach which ended up being this woman's boob.      Imo this woman and any staff should have been trained and she had to have realized that yeah... While he should not have bit her... He was obviously not trying to sexually assault her. Like come on. He was deey troubled was always getting into trouble before he was in the facility. It was obvious he was being a normal out of control teen who wanted them to get off him. The most she should have done maybe was get him for basic assault. Nope. He was charged with sexual assault. That is still on his record and active to this day and he is in his thirties.             Because he is known to be a "sexual offender" he has had two women falsely accuse him of rape. One was my friends supposed ex best friend. My friend was dating him and ya.. he did a no no and him and her best friend were sleeping together behind her back. He ended up coming to her and telling her about it. Her friend denied it for a while. She denied it until she heard that some other chick was trying to say he raped her. It wasn't until this happened did she go to my friend and try to say he raped her to. She did not try going to court but there was proof she was lying. The other woman too had changed her story so much her claims fell flat.         Ok absolutely believe because of the label he lives with that was the reason this all happened. I do believe they took advantage of that.        I believe that not only are people completely ignorant as to the immense life ruining damage they cause, like that mother. The kid that killed himself was with her daughter for a few years... How could a judge know this and slap with with that?               And I need to do more research but how is it right in any sense to label them forever with that label? Especially when one kid was fifteen.. bo hoo he bit a boob. Same goes for when two underage kids date for years but eighteen and bam he's suddenly a predator?           This is the kind of thing that needs more awareness spread to the people. People like these kids, lh and if you need to pee badly while out, get caught peeing in a bush or whatever, apparently bam you get labeled with the same thing.       I believe a new system is needed and I also believe more people need to educate themselves. Because that poor boy who killed himself was no rapist and no pedophile yet was harassed and treated like one. I can't imagine how that fks you up mentally.      I wanted to make a whole separate post. But I'm half asleep and I want to do more research. Those are also just toe of many many stories of lives ruined over this.      Mostly I want to spread this. If others agree and have their own experiences or stories to share ect. My goal is to get people to start spreading awareness.
